WASHINGTON– Credit Suisse Group AG accepted $547 million in a collaborated resolution with international authorities associated with its function in a $ 2 billion Mozambique corruption case, the U.S. Department of Justice stated on Tuesday.

The Swiss bank will pay charges, fines and disgorgement to criminal and civil authorities in the United States and the United Kingdom, the Justice Department stated in a declaration. (Reporting by Chris Prentice; modifying by Jonathan Oatis)
